Enabling Notifications on an Organization

Any organization can be configured to emit Notifications to a webhook.
It can be easily configured to publish notifications to the Notification Hub
Look at instructions on how to obtain the webhook details in the Notification Hub.
You need url, username and password. Or credentials for an alternative auth method.
